Zoom policy recording
Please consider this article to know about the pointers for HR policy video recording.
For the 15th working day/end of the Induction period of the new members, a Zoom meeting is organized by the HR department. The HR records the meeting as confirmation/acceptance is taken from the new joiner regarding the HR policies and HR-related matters which are already known to the member.
Please note the pointers for the meeting.
- Questions are in regard to basic HR policies
- Questions to be asked by HR to the member; it must be a one-to-one meeting
- Recording of this process to be done on the system preferably, so that no one else can view the recording as the access to Zoom account is with multiple people
- Later this recording is to be uploaded to the drive folder of the member under the Parent folder of employees
- Members to be informed that this meeting is being recorded for future reference
- Meet to be conducted in the preferred language of the member; Hindi/English
- Member must verbally answer as nodding of head is not recording on Zoom
- Answer of the member must be clear and audible; if not then please ask the member to answer again
- Begin the meeting with a proper introduction of yourself (HR) and the member
- Mention the date on which the recording is being done
- Ensure that the webcams are always on for both parties, microphones should be perfectly working, the internet connection must be strong

Q3. What is your date of joining the company?
Q4. What is your annual and monthly CTC?
Q5. Are you aware of your salary composition? Please share the details.
Q6. Do you understand the Employment Agreement given to you by the company? And promise to abide by it?
Q7. What is the amount of security cheque submitted by you?
Q8. Please confirm the service commitment period that you have made towards webdew.
Q9.Do you accept that you will not undertake any professional obligation outside of webdew or undertake freelancing work while working for webdew?
Q10. Do you accept monitoring through Time Doctor? And confirm you will enable webcam shots while logging hours for company work?
Q11. Do you accept to show strong availability to fulfill your company duties and responsibilities? This will be expected in terms of timely response on Slack, calls, and emails.
Q12. Do you agree to work sincerely and to the best of your technical knowledge on every project/task assigned to you?
Q13. Do you agree to serve the notice period of 45 working days upon resignation?
Q14. Are you aware of the liability of not fulfilling the service commitment period and/or notice period? If yes, please specify.
Q15. Do you agree to abide by the non-compete and non-solicitation clauses as mentioned in the Employment Agreement?
Q16. Do you agree to maintain the confidentiality of your salary, Performance Review, and other HR-related details?
Q17. Please confirm if you have any company assets. If yes, then please provide details.
Q18. As a female member of the company, are comfortable with the members with whom you have interacted?
