Navigating the Selection Process

This article is a comprehensive guide to progression phases in the recruitment cycle

Each month, our dedicated recruitment team sets ambitious targets across key metrics, including:
a) Number of interviews conducted.
b) Number of successful hires.
c) Number of completed reviews.

Within this dynamic selection process, a series of well-defined progression phases guide our approach:

  1. Interview Scheduled: As candidates schedule interviews, the system automatically generates corresponding milestones within this stage.
  2. Screening Call: After creating a deal, we conduct a meticulous screening call, aligning with our established playbook. This step rigorously verifies personal information, work experience, and salary expectations.
  3. Introductory Round: Moving beyond the Interview Scheduled phase, this stage evaluates a candidate's communication skills, personal background, technical proficiency, and behavioral traits on the scheduled interview day.
  4. Technical Test: Remarkable performers from the Introductory Round advance to receive role-specific technical assignments.
  5. Team Leader (TL)/Technical Round: For candidates primed for a Technical Round, this phase is where they are positioned.
  6. HR Policy Assessment: Candidates who garner positive feedback during the TL Round are guided here for in-depth insights into our HR policies.
  7. Management Dialogue: Candidates who embrace our HR policies engage in constructive negotiation conversations at this pivotal juncture.
  8. Negotiation Parley: This stage is dedicated to meaningful negotiation deliberations.
  9. Thorough Background Verification: Following the Management Round, a comprehensive background assessment is conducted.
  10. Onboarding Preparation: Candidates who successfully clear background verification seamlessly transition to the Onboarding stage.
  11. Hired: The pinnacle of achievement, this tag is bestowed upon candidates who have effectively completed the onboarding process.
  12. Rejected: Candidates who face a setback at any stage find themselves in the Rejected category, with precise rationales meticulously documented within HubSpot.

The sequence of stages from 5 to 7 encompasses our internal interview rounds, with candidate progression hinging on favorable outcomes. Rejections guide candidates into the Rejected stage, supported by detailed explanations carefully logged in HubSpot.
