NDA process

Please consider this article to understand the process of NDA approvals.

NDA - Non Disclosure Agreements

The NDAs are an important aspect of the contract being established between the client and webdew. As each detail of this agreement holds a legally valid implication so all the concerned parties/members of the agreement must diligently read this agreement before accepting or signing it.

The NDAs could be originating from the client end and are sent to webdew for acceptance and signatures. At times, webdew sends NDAs to the client. Please consider the processes to be followed in each case.

1. NDA received from Client

- Sales team receives the NDA from the client. The concerned sales team member, as well as the Sales Manager, should thoroughly read it. If any concern then gets it clarified from the client. 

- Once satisfied, the sales team member shares the link of the NDA in the Slack Channel named NDA and tags the Service Manager as well as the signing authority.

- Service Manager should thoroughly read the agreement. If any concerns then gets them clarified by the sales team.

- If the client holds an important place for the company or the project is crucial/challenging then a meeting must be organized by the Sales team wherein the entire NDA is read and understood by all the concerned members together. The participants of the meeting will be the sales team member who is dealing with the client, the Sales Manager, the Service Manager, and the members of the Management. If required then the Service Lead, as well as the Operations team, will be invited to the meeting.

- Once the Service Manager accepts the NDA then the signing authority will sign the NDA after doing due diligence.

- The SLA of signing the NDA is 24 working hours.

- The signed NDA is sent to the client by the sales team.

- The NDA signed by both parties must be shared with the Operations team so that the agreement is added to the defined NDA folder in Google drive.

2. NDA sent by webdew

- webdew has a defined NDA to be sent to the client.

- Sales team makes the due amendments in the NDA as per the client/project details. The concerned sales team member, as well as the Sales Manager, should thoroughly read it. 

- Once satisfied, the sales team member shares the link of the NDA in the Slack Channel named NDA and tags the Service Manager as well as the signing authority.

- Service Manager should thoroughly read the agreement. If any concerns then get them clarified by the sales team.

- Once the Service Manager accepts the NDA then the signing authority will sign the NDA after doing due diligence.

- The signed NDA is sent to the client by the sales team.

- The sales team must follow up with the client to recieve the signed NDA in order to proceed with the project.

- The NDA signed by both parties must be shared with the Operations team so that the agreement is added to the defined NDA folder in Google drive.
