How to recover Recover recently deleted files on Frame.io

In Frame.io there is an option to restore files that have been deleted. If a file has been deleted, any team members with Admin or Regular access can restore it within 30 days.

Access the dashboard:

On the main dashboard, navigate to the project from which the file was deleted.. Or there is an option to search the file name in the search bar and then select the project. 

Choose Recently Deleted:

Select the three dots on the top right of the project and choose “Recently Deleted” from the dropdown menu. 

Restore the File

Choose the file that has to be restored. If there are multiple files, press control and select the files, then proceed to click on Restore. Files will be restored to their original source destination.

Note: If an entire project is deleted, then it cannot be restored. In that case, one will have to contact support and follow the procedure. So please be careful.
