How Gigs are distributed between Sales Reps

Gigs are a part of the Upwork Sales Portal and the Gigs are distributed between the sales rep on an alternative basis every time we have it in the system. 

For Example, There are two reps A and B, and the first gig is assigned to rep A, irrespective of the fact that the Gig is actually purchased or not, the next gig request will be assigned to rep B accordingly. 

The sales reps have the responsibility to take care of the responses, queries, meetings even if the gig is not assigned to them but as assisting their fellow team members and to avoid any sort of unhealthy competition.
