This document defines the scope of work of our Website Design & Development services and also serves as a reference point for communication, expectations, and milestones throughout the entire project lifecycle.


This Scope of Work (SOW) outlines the comprehensive website design and development services to be provided by webdew. The services will be delivered according to the selected package: Start, Build, or Grow.


The purpose of this project is to create a visually appealing, functional, and user-friendly website that aligns with the client’s brand identity and business objectives. The website will serve as a powerful online platform to attract, engage, and convert target audiences, thereby enhancing the client's online presence and driving business growth.


The website will be utilized as a primary digital marketing tool to showcase the client’s products/services, communicate key messages, capture leads, and facilitate customer interactions. It will serve as a central hub for brand information, resources, and online transactions, catering to both existing customers and potential prospects.


The primary purpose of this project is to help the client:

  • Increase brand awareness and visibility
  • Improve lead generation and conversion rates
  • Enhance user experience and engagement
  • Establish a strong online presence


Based on the package, the deliverables for the website design and development project include but are not limited to:

  • Design Phase: Wireframes, mockups, design concepts, typography selection, color schemes, visual assets, design revisions.
  • Development Phase: Website architecture, page layouts, interactive elements, content integration, functionality development, responsive design implementation.
  • Optimization Phase: SEO-optimized content, meta tags, image optimization, performance optimization, analytics setup, SEO reports.


The project will follow a structured process comprising the following stages:

  • Discovery Phase: Initial consultation, requirements gathering, goal identification, competitor analysis, target audience research.
  • Design Phase: Wireframing, mockup creation, design concept presentation, feedback collection, design revisions.
  • Development Phase: Frontend and backend development, CMS integration, content population, functionality implementation, testing.
  • Optimization Phase: SEO optimization, performance optimization, content refinement, analytics setup, final testing.
  • Launch and Post-Launch Support: Website deployment, post-launch monitoring, bug fixes, user training (if applicable), ongoing support and maintenance.


Effective communication is essential for the success of the project. Based on the package, communication channels will include:

  • Regular progress updates via email, Slack, or project management tools.
  • Weekly/bi-weekly status meetings to discuss project milestones, feedback, and any issues.
  • Dedicated project manager as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.


Payment schedule based on project milestones outlined in the agreement.

Service Availability

  1. Business hours: 9 AM GMT TO 7:30 PM GMT, Monday to Friday
  2. Client Portal response time: 24 hours


  1. What is the timeline for this project?
    The project timeline will be outlined in the SOW based on the chosen package and complexity.
  2. What happens if I need to make changes to the project scope?
    Any changes to the scope of work will require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional fees may apply.
  3. What platforms/CMS options do you offer for website development?
    We offer a range of CMS options including Wix, WordPress, HubSpot, Webflow, Framer, Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, and Magento, based on your specific requirements and preferences.
  4. Do you provide content writing services for the website?
    Yes, we offer copywriting services as an addon. We can create SEO-optimized content for your website pages, blog posts, and other sections as needed.
  5. Will my website be mobile-friendly and responsive?
    Yes, all websites we design and develop are optimized for mobile devices and responsive across various screen sizes and resolutions.
  6. Can I add additional features or pages to my website later?
    Yes, you can request additional features or pages at any point. We offer addon services for additional design, development, and content needs.
  7. Do you provide training for managing the website after launch?
    Yes, depending on the package selected, we offer CMS training sessions to familiarize you with managing and updating your website's content using the chosen CMS platform.
  8. Will my website be optimized for search engines (SEO)?
    Yes, we provide basic to advanced SEO optimization services depending on the package selected. This includes keyword research, on-page SEO, Google Analytics setup, and more.
  9. Will I have any input on the design process?
    Absolutely! We encourage your feedback throughout the design process to ensure the website reflects your vision and brand identity.
  10. Can I make revisions to the design mockups?
    The number of revisions included is specified in the SOW. Additional revisions may be subject to additional fees.
  11. How do you handle project communication and updates?
    We use a combination of email, project management tools (such as ClickUp), and real-time communication platforms (such as Slack) to ensure seamless communication and regular updates throughout the project.
  12. What are the accepted payment methods for your services?
    We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other agreed-upon methods as per our payment terms.
  13. What happens if I need assistance or encounter issues after the website is launched?
    You can reach out to our dedicated support team for assistance. We offer ongoing support to address any issues or queries you may have post-launch.
