Scope

The scope of the Video Editing Services includes editing videos according to the chosen package specifications, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting the client's video editing requirements.

Purpose

The purpose of the Video Editing Services is to provide clients with professional video editing solutions to enhance their video content, improve engagement, and effectively convey their message to their target audience.

Usage

The edited videos can be utilized for various purposes including marketing campaigns, social media content, website videos, presentations, and more.

Deliverables

  1. All videos will be delivered in .mp4 format in Full HD definition (And in the selected Aspect Ratio) 
  2. All project files will be delivered to the client on the Client Portal.

  2. Footage Submission: Client submits raw footage, audio files, and any specific instructions to the video editing team.
  3. Pre-Editing Analysis: Video editing team reviews the submitted footage, assesses editing requirements, and plans the editing process accordingly.
  4. Editing Phase: Professional video editing process begins, including trimming, cutting, color correction, adding effects, transitions, music, and other elements as per client specifications.
  5. Review and Feedback: Edited video is shared with the client for review and feedback. Any requested revisions are implemented during this phase.
  6. Finalization: Final edits are made based on client feedback, and the video is finalized to meet quality standards and client expectations.
  7. Delivery: Final edited video is delivered to the client in the specified format and quality within the agreed-upon timeframe.

Client Communication

At webdew, we value transparent and efficient communication with our clients throughout the video editing process. We utilize designated communication channels such as email or Slack (depending on the chosen package) to ensure clear and timely exchange of information.

Billing

For the convenience of our clients, webdew operates on a 100% upfront payment basis for all Video Editing Service packages. Once the package is selected and the project is initiated, clients are required to make the full payment before the commencement of the editing process.

The Dedicated Video Editor feature, available in the Build and Grow packages, ensures personalized attention from a dedicated editor throughout your project, providing a more customized and collaborative editing experience.


7. How long does it take to receive the edited video?

The turnaround time for receiving the edited video depends on the chosen package. It can range from 72 hours to 4 weeks.

webdew adheres to ethical and legal standards and does not edit content that violates any laws or regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the content provided for editing complies with legal requirements.

Yes, clients can provide their preferred music and sound effects for the edited video, or they can opt for royalty-free music and sound effects provided by webdew.


10. Is there a limit to the number of video requests I can make within a package?

Each package comes with a specified number of video requests. Clients can choose the package that best suits their video editing needs based on the number of video requests included.


11. How do I provide feedback on the edited video?

Clients can provide feedback on the edited video through the designated communication mode (Email/Slack) as per the chosen package. This feedback will be used for revisions, if necessary.
