How you can set up meetings tool in HubSpot

By connecting a Google or Office 365 calendar with the meetings tool in HubSpot, you can set up a booking page for prospects to schedule meetings with you. If there is an event on your connected calendar, the meetings tool will show that you're busy during the event time.

You can connect a calendar that is hosted with Google Apps (GSuite), Gmail (Google Free), or Office 365 to the meetings tool.

Connect your Gmail or Office 365 meetings links on your domain

  • Click the settings icon in the main navigation bar on your HubSpot account.
  • Go to Objects > Meetings from the left sidebar.
  • Click Connect your Google Calendar or Connect your Office 365 calendar.
  • Click Accept and connect to [Google/Office 365] in the dialog box.
  • Next, you will be redirected to the meetings dashboard. Here you can set up an individual meetings link.

After connecting your calendar, users can customize their default meetings link URL.
