How you can manage Tickets in your HubSpot Inbox

Tickets are created to manage your customer inquiries in one place. You can create tickets for the incoming conversations in your inbox which will help you to manage your contact's experience with your company in a better way. 

  • Go to Conversations > Inbox in your HubSpot account.
  • On the left side, Go to the Tickets view. This view includes any conversations that have a ticket associated.
  • Click a conversation to open it.
  • On the right side, you will see information about the associated contact, ticket, and the past conversations of the contact with your company.
  • You can edit the ticket property values by clicking the property and enter a new value.
  • Click View more to view additional ticket information.
  • In the new panel, click Edit the shown properties to customize the properties.
  • To respond to the contact, use the reply editor at the bottom. 
  • Once done, you can close the conversation by clicking Mark as closed at the top.
  • Closing a conversation won't close a ticket. To close the ticket, click the Ticket status property and select Closed
