List of Holidays in India - 2025

This internal KB outlines the holiday policy for the year 2025

Please consider the following points regarding holidays for the year 2025:

• Entitlement: Each member is entitled to 11 paid holidays in the year.
• Category-A: Gazetted holidays (8 fixed Indian calendar offs)
• Category-B: Selective offs for 2025. Employees can choose any 2 holidays as their selective offs
  • Selection Process: Current team members are required to select and share their dates of selective offs at leaves@webdew.com by January 15, 2025. Once shared, these dates are locked and cannot be changed.
  • Non-Submission Deadline: Failure to share selective off dates within the specified deadline will render employees unable to avail the selective off's.
  • New Joiners: New team members are required to confirm their selective off dates within a week of their joining.
• Birthday Off: All team members are eligible for a day off on their birthdays, considered a paid holiday. If a birthday falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a gazetted off, a selective off within the same month can be taken. To avail of this selective off, email your selected date to leaves@webdew.com before 15th January 2025. Please note that a reminder needs to be shared atleast a day before the birthday off on leaves@webdew.com
• We kindly request advance notification of selected dates to facilitate necessary arrangements
