  1. Announcements:  Announcement is a common channel in webdew to communicate the new policy or information or any amendment to the existing policy. The team members acknowledge the message with reactions only and are not allowed to reply or to have a conversation there.
  2. Bulletin board: The channel where we share our achievements as news bullets. Resultant the team members get updates about the company's day-by-day success and accordingly this channel works as motivation for every member of the organization.
  3. Departments Related Channel: We have created some channels which are related to respective departments:
  • HR Department: The channels which ease the communication among the HR department, with the service leaders of the company, and with the management also.
  • Operations Department: The channel where the operations department of the company is in direct contact with the management of the company, sales team, services leaders, and HR for smooth functioning.

  • Services-Related Channel: Webdew offers the following services to its customers:
  • Video Services
  • Web Services
  • Hubspot Services
  • Marketing Services

For each service we have the respective channels and where team members do not discuss the projects, team members are responsible for Instant Replies, quick queries, sharing weekly resort, etc.

  1. Sales and services Channel: The channel which fills in the gap between the Sales departments and service leaders. Where team members exchange information regarding feasibility checks of the projects/Tasks, up/cross-selling information,  and to clear doubts from sales/service team
  2. Sales-Operations-services: The channel where the sales and operations department of the company is in direct communication with each other along with the management of the company and service department. This channel is also used to share the details of the project with the operations department, to be onboarded in the company
  3. Reviews channel: webdew always focus on quality work done for which we get reviews from the clients on reactive directories as per the services of the company. The service leaders of the company are responsible for getting the reviews from the clients and sharing the information in the review channel.
  4. Project-wise channel: We have channels for every project going on in the company and each channel is integrated with our project management tool “ClickUp”. Only members working on the particular project are added to the respective project slack channel for easy communication.  After completion of the project, we archive the channel after getting reviews for the particular project.
  5. Lobby: This is the semiformal channel. the channel is shared with every member of the company and used for fun purposes. Team members are not allowed to share the WhatsApp forward here, only real-time fun activities are allowed to share in the lobby.

Note: Please be advised that it would be highly advantageous for the entire team to collectively make an effort to incorporate subject lines when posting messages on any channel. This small adjustment will significantly contribute to organizing and improving the clarity of our communication, resulting in enhanced efficiency throughout.

Although it may be tempting to solely tag a specific individual or initiate a thread, the utilization of subject lines will streamline our conversations and foster better comprehension. Moreover, this practice will facilitate easier searching and referencing of specific discussions whenever necessary.
