Please consider a sample of the content that can be added to the PR email to be sent to a member on successful processing of PR.

SAMPLE 1

Webdew believes in the consistency of efforts that lead to continual growth and progress. Improvement, achievement, and success just follow our path of sincere hard work and dedication. As you have been an employee of the company for a while, these company qualities must be well known to you. On completion of the due period as per company policy, an employee is considered for Performance Appraisal. The company undertakes the process of performance appraisal four times a year, i.e., January, April, July, and October.

1. As per the Performance Appraisal policy, with February 26, 2019 as your date of joining, your 525 salaried days were completed on September 5, 2020.

2. Following the PA process, you were sent the Performance Appraisal form in March 2020, which you had duly filled and submitted by you.

3. Considering your performance over this period, the information filled by you in the PA form, and an elaborate discussion within the management and with you, an offer of 35% increment was drawn. This was offered and discussed with you in September 2020.

4. In monetary terms, the increment amounts to Rs.7000/- per month which will make your revised salary as Rs.27,000/- per month. This will be put in effect from 6-Sept-2020. 

5. Performance Appraisal is subject to a commitment of 1 year from the date of implementation of revised salary and submission of security cheque with the revised salary equivalent to 3 months, i.e., Rs 81,000/-.

6. As discussed with you, if your plans of going abroad for study purpose materialises then with the provision of visa and your tickets, you will be relieved. But on the account of matrimony, the company will not withdraw its policy on fulfillment of commitment period and you agree to honour the same.

7. With the implementation of PA, the company expects you to continue working with humbleness while you set high standards of dependability and cooperation. The quantity and quality of work should at all times be met with respectable expectations.

SAMPLE II

Hello Member name

Please find below the Employment Agreement(EA), Code of Conduct(COC), and Letter of Undertaking(LOU).Your PA is subjected to completion of 350 days.
Note: Your commitment period is subjected to you
  • Marriage :Your relieving before one year of commitment period will be done if you show your wedding card, the date on same will decide your relieving date.
  • Ticket to Canada : Your early relieving can be done if your Canada PR visa is approved and you show the flight tickets
  • In any scenario six months are to be served..
You are requested to go through the documents, and if you feel any queries, please feel free to contact us. To show acceptance of the documents, please follow the below-mentioned steps.
  1. Take a printout of all the three documents i.e., EA, COC, and LOU. And the first page of EA, COC, and LOU should be printed on stamp papers(Rs.100/- each). You can use e-stamp papers as well.
  2. Sign on every page of the three documents, and as you sign the documents, Please note that the signature on each page remains the same as on the cheque.
  3. The signed scanned images the three documents(i.e., EA, COC, and LOU) along with the security cheque of Rs.1,20,000 (Rs.one lakh and twenty thousand only), should be emailed to hr@webdew.com Please note that the cheque will be made in the name of Webdew Private Limited, and the amount will be Rs.1,20,000 (Rs.One lakh and twenty thousand only) and will be signed by you. The date will not be mentioned on the cheque.
  4. You are requested to courier the three signed documents along with the security cheque at the below-given address.
