Meeting with HR

Please consider the pointers for booking a meeting with HR.

 

This is to share with you the pointers to be considered for booking a meeting with the HR team.
- All members are eligible to book a meeting with the HR team.
- No prior approval is required to book a meeting with the HR team.
- It will be much more beneficial if an email is shared beforehand, updating the HR team about the concern you may have. If the email is not sent earlier then it will be required after the meeting so that the processing is undertaken by the HR team.
- The meeting can be booked between 3 PM to 5 PM on working days.
- While booking the meeting, the member much check the calendar of the HR team so that it does not overlap with an existing booking.
- Title of the meeting should be, "Meeting with HR" and the agenda must be clearly mentioned in the calendar invite by the member booking the meeting.
- Only in case of emergency, a member can book a meeting in the next available slot in the calendar.
