The login credentials of any tool, application, platform, etc of an account held by webdew are confidential in nature. This information must be catered to with utmost diligence and should not be shared with anyone without prior written approval from the Operations team.In regard to the login credentials of any account in the name of a member of the company created on any tool, application, platform, etc for the usage for the company's commitments must also be treated with confidentiality.
No member, in any capacity or hierarchy, is authorized to share the login credentials with any member of the company. Neither is any member authorized to take remote access (e.g., Anydesk) and login the tool, application, platform, etc for any member.
The sole authorization to login to any company account (e.g., jobs@webdew.com) for any member is with the Operations team. Though, the members can login to any account which is in their own name (e.g., ritesh.k@webdew.com) and have been given the access to set the password.
If any member is found breaching this process, he/she will be liable to face severe penalties.
