- For example, When the Hubspot team starts researching content, a task is created and added to Open. As we proceed with various stages, we update it to Scriptwriting, Conceptualization, Storyboard, etc.

- We tailor task fields to match our specific needs. Custom fields help us track task attributes like due dates, assignees, and project categories.
- Priority settings allow us to identify critical tasks and allocate resources accordingly.
