In this KB, we'll walk you through the steps to ensure the accuracy and reliability of your HubSpot email lists with Emailable's verification process.
To verify your contact lists in HubSpot using emailable. You need 2 things:
- HubSpot Login
- Emailable login
Let’s discuss how you can verify your list for emailable. First you need to check the list name you want to verify. To do that you can go to HubSpot Dashboard > Contacts > Lists.
Here is a step by step process on how you can verify lists
Step 1: Check the contact list name you want to verify. For example: I want to verify “Spam Forms Submissions”
Step 2: Now Go to Emailable, and click on +NEW LIST button.
Step 3: Select the HubSpot Icon Button as the source to Import leads.
Step 4: Click on www.guestpostengine.com and you will be able to see the lists
Step 5: Now select the list you want to Import from HubSpot. For example we want to verify “Spam Forms Submissions” list so we select that and click on import
Step 6: Now you will be able to see the list and it’s source on the dashboard. Click on “Verify”
Step 7: Click on View Results to check the verification process status and how many emails are deliverable.
Step 8: Once the results are visible, Click on “Exports” on the results page
Now Click on “New Export”
Step 9:
Choose the Export settings, select “Download as CSV” and “Custom” and enable all the options as shown in the image below.
Now Click on Download as CSV and your list will be downloaded as a CSV file. It might take some time in some cases if you have a lot of contacts in the list. Don't forget to rename the list.
Step 10: Once you have downloaded the list go to HubSpot and click on Contacts.
Now click on “Import”.
Click on “Start an Import”.
Now Select “Import file from computer” and click on “Next.”
Select “One File” and press “Enter”.
Select one Object and press Enter.
Here you can select if you just want to add contact or also want to add associated company and other details like deals and notes. After selecting click on next.
If you clicked on Multiple objects you can select multiple objects to add like shown in the image below.
After selecting Objects, press enter or click next.
Now you have to upload the file. Also, you can select if you want to add only new contacts or add and update existing ones.
Now Map the fields accordingly. To ensure that your emails are added in the Emailable verified list
- Emailable status
- Emailable score
These are one of the most important fields you need to map along with the first, last name and the company name.
Once you have mapped all the important fields, click on Next.
Now you can rename your import to keep track of imports.
You can check mark the “Create a list from this import” if you want to create a separate list for these contacts. 
Click on “Finish Import”.
Once you have finished the import all the verified contacts will be added in the Emailable Verified list.
