Compensations for Leave/Leaves

This internal KB is in regard to the compensation requests on a provisional off

We would like to bring to your attention recent observations that employees are taking leave/leaves during the work week, from Monday to Friday, and requesting to compensate for missed workdays on subsequent Saturdays. 

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may require taking time off during the week, we regret to inform you that requests for compensation on Saturdays will no longer be approved. In addition, we would like to clarify that Saturdays are designated as provisional offs, which are subject to the operational availability of tasks. In case there are pending tasks that need to be completed on agreed timelines, employees may be asked to work on a Saturday. These days cannot be used as compensation for missed workdays, as they are not official offs.
