Successful freelancers have profiles that are complete, accurate, and paint a compelling picture of your services, skills, and accomplishments. Your profile is an opportunity to advertise your freelance business to potential clients.
To see your profile first go to Find work → Profile
This is the public view of your profile that means this is how a client views your profile. Here you can see your qualifications and other information about yourself which you’ve added to your profile.
How to see client’s feedback on your profile?
Client feedback is the information, insights, issues, and input shared by your community about their experiences with your company, product, or services. This feedback guides improvements of the customer experience and can empower positive change in any business — even (and especially) when it's negative.
To view the feedbacks, again go to Find work→ Profile
When you scroll down the page you’ll find “Work History” there in which you can find all your client’s feedback.
To check the feedback of individual client with their names
- Go to My Jobs → All Contracts.
- Check the Include closed contracts box.
- Click the title of the contract to get to the details page.
- Click on feedback to view the client’s feedback.
