Responsibilities - How you will contribute to webdew's success

  1. Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits
  2. Leave application management and payroll management
  3. Planning and conducting employee engagement activities
  4. Create, update the documents and the policies 
  5. Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360° evaluations)
  6. Conducting exit interviews
  7. Manage employees’ grievances
  8. Collecting and analyzing employee data
  9. Using data to create employee profiles
  10. Organizing and updating employee files
  11. Adhering to regulatory standards
  12. Overseeing employee orientation and training
  13. Liaising between employees and management
  14. Managing employee complaints
  15. Undertaking communications and interpersonal skills training
  16. Offering counseling services to employees
  17. Arranging employee physical examinations

Requirements: Glad to see you succeed. For success, you will need

  1. Degree in human resources
  2. Previous working experience in HR - Employee relations
  3. Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
  4. Outstanding interpersonal skills
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication
  6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  7. Good problem-solving ability
  8. Strong availability and punctuality
