How you can add re-enrollment triggers in HubSpot workflows

In HubSpot, records are only enrolled in workflows the first time they meet the workflow enrollment triggers or are enrolled manually. Re-enrollment triggers are used to allow records to be re-enrolled in the workflows.

Add re-enrollment triggers to contact-based workflows

  • Go to Automation > Workflows in your HubSpot account.
  • Click the name of a contact-based workflow.
  • Click the box Contact enrollment trigger.
  • In the right panel, click the Re-enrollment tab.
  • Select the checkbox Allow contacts who meet the enrollment triggers to re-enroll when any one of the following occurs.
  • Select the triggers you want to use for re-enrollment. 
  • Click Save

Add re-enrollment triggers to company, deal, ticket, quote, or custom object-based workflows

  • Go to Automation > Workflows in your HubSpot account.
  • Click the name of a company, deal, ticket, or quote-based workflow.
  • Click the box enrollment trigger.
  • In the right panel, click the Re-enrollment tab. 
  • Click to toggle the Re-enrollment switch on. 
  • Select the triggers you want to use for re-enrollment. Learn more about which triggers you can use for re-enrollment. 
  • Click Save.
