How you can add a custom reply-to address to your marketing email in HubSpot

Sometimes, some marketing emails get sent from a company president/CEO or any other individual at the business. If you don't want all replies to go to that person's personal inbox, you can create and specify a custom reply-to email address in your marketing email.

To add a custom reply

  • Go to Marketing > Email in your HubSpot account.
  • Either create a new email or edit an existing one.

For custom emails

  • Click Settings tab.
  • Go to From and click Edit.
  • Click the dropdown  From address and select a user in your account as the sender.
  • Deselect the Use this as my reply-to address checkbox.
  • In the Reply-to address, enter the email address that you want to receive replies to the marketing email.

For drag and drop emails

  • Click the Setting tab and go to From address details.
  • Click the dropdown  From address and select a user in your account as the sender.
  • Deselect the Use this as my reply-to address checkbox.
  • In the Reply-to address, enter the email address that you want to receive replies to the marketing email.
