How to add and remove attachments from records in HubSpot
HubSpot allows you to manually upload files and attach them to the contact, company, deal, and ticket records.
Add an attachment
- Go to your contacts, companies, deals, or tickets in your HubSpot account.
- Click the name of the record.
- Scroll down to the Attachments section in the right panel.
- Click Upload file to upload a file from the computer or click Add file to select a previously uploaded file.
Remove an attachment
- Go to your contacts, companies, deals, or tickets in your HubSpot account.
- Click the name of the record.
- Scroll down to the Attachments section in the right panel.
- Click the X on the upper right of the attachment to remove it.
- In the new box, click Remove.
